Great staff, communication with me about what was happening was good. They worked very well together. Checked my air filters, let me know if they needed to be replaced, and informed me of possible future issue I may have. Great Service, very Knowledgeable in the work they do.

The mechanics here were polite they greeted me with a bottle of water shortly after I drove up. They made me laugh the entire time. They were honest about what I needed and what could wait till my next visit. Best service I’ve had in a long time. You may even get to catch them singing and dancing while they work.

Great service and the employees were singing while they worked. Even though it was a little bit of a wait the employee offered water and checked in more than once to see if I was good during the wait. Ended up getting my truck done and then a few hours later took my mom's truck in.

Malcolm provided excellent service during my oil change yesterday . He was professional, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. You can tell he really cares about customer service. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at Take 5. Thanks again, Malcolm!

today I went to this local 1003 Bacon Ranch Rd, Killeen, TX 76542 in Killeen Tx to get an oil change. Unfortunately, when I took Hwy 190, the hood rose up, shattering the entire windshield and leaving me without a field of vision. This was due to your workers not closing the hood properly. Thank God I'm fine because this incident could have gotten worse, even losing my life, so I hope to receive a response with your resolution and repair of material damages as soon as possible. I'm attaching in this email all the photo evidence from today. They never take responsability for this.
